      Wonderful job getting to go a lot of places and meet a lot of people. Fun and interesting work conducting insurance inspections.

      Cons

      Tough standards, some people work unreported hours to make them and make it an unfair environment to work in at times.

      Lots of travel, get to see a lot of different scenery, interesting job

      Cons

      Gone away from family, lack of communication between direct supervisors and crew that is deployed. The pay isn't really worth the time being gone away from kids.
