      Pros

      You can earn a decent living. Enough products in your bag to always have something to sell, Some really nice and talented colleagues.

      Cons

      What was once a Pro, Leadership is degrading pretty quickly. Narcissistic leaders have started injecting their toxicity throughout the organization. Its to bad because the President and CEO of Verisk are top notch. Watch your back. Try to avoid the politics if you can.

      A great entry to career in corporate.

      Cons

      Retaliation is real and employees are treated differently if they do not follow clique and office politics. HR does not protect employees and mitigate risks by doing unethical practices. Directors of division hides mistakes to cover up lack of structure and best practices. There is no structure for a growing company as it shows weakness and risks to compliance, finance, and information of customers.

      The people are amazing, good working atmosphere when allowed to actually speak. In the old days, good social events. Reasonable pay however little chance of increases Good benefits

      Targets completely unacheiveable and driven the wrong way. Audit dept is a joke. Targeted at finding wrong and trying to get rid of people in that way Far too much negativity No progression except for those in favour Staff not treated the same Constant moving of goalposts Bad communication
