      Work culture is pretty good enough, medium work life balance

      Cons

      Salary is very less, you get responsibilities sooner but wont get corresponding salary benefits. Some VPs are so cheap, they try to hire you for very less salary

      Decent benefits and team buildings. Work from home currently allowed

      Cons

      SAFe, micromanagement, upper management is completely disconnected from employees in technical, professional, and compensation.
