      Rapid Growth, Small Teams, Competitive Pay for higher-level positions

      The job you are promised throughout the hiring process is not the job that you are expected to perform. Lack of materials. You are expected to use your own phone and phone number to complete numerous aspects of your job with no mention of reimbursement. The office lacked major basics like paper for the printers or mailing supplies. If you're tasked with mailing something you have to drive to the post office, pay out of pocket, and then wait to be reimbursed.

      They don't care about the employees that work for them now. They only care about numbers not the patients or the facilities.
