Reported a Supervisor for leaving behind 2 employees at an after-hours work event behind to find their own way home after 9:30 at night.
One of the employees was not a part of the supervisor's department but the other, a disabled female with Cerebral Palsy who has issues walking and keeping up with groups, reported to the supervisor.
The HR person gave her 2 weeks notice shortly after I notified her through email of the event and less than a week later I was put under performance review by the supervisor for not doing my job.
The performance review contained/s tasks that were not a part of my job description.
When I pointed this out the supervisor said: "Verisma is not responsible for what a third party puts in a job description."
The third party was/is a company Verisma goes through for hiring people.
