Small company that invests in itself as well as the employees. Work life balance is excellent. Owners still work at the company and are very invested in the business and employees, Their doors are always open and welcome questions from employees.

Cons

Company is growing and there are a few growing pains but steps are being taken to ensure growth is controlled.
