Don’t. This is corporate company who only cares about themselves. Meaning upper management cares about upper management. The turnover is ridiculous, what is made to look like constant growth at this company is actually constant turnover. Pay is nothing for the amount of work and hours you put in but being salary, that’s it. Yearly raises are up to $1 for “cost of living”

None, I wish I could leave negative zero stars.

Cons

You have to pay $1,600 for your own equipment. Reporting software fee DRC, $1 per job. You are a 1099 employee but the supervisors are micromanaging so much out of you. Low rates of pay.
