Team oriented and also alot of time to independently handle your work load. Lots of training and educating as the industry is evolved.

Cons

Fast paced environment and lots to do to make the day go by quick. It can get overwhelming so just take it moment by moment and always follow managements guidance.

Pros

Staff and management are friendly, not super easy to get ahold of but nice. I would highly suggest instead of spending money on material things and trips for employees to better the work life balance and pay for better health insurance options for employees that doesn’t dig so deep into the pay check.

Cons

Bad health insurance options but have seen money be spent elsewhere that could be used to help cover more of the premium of the benefits costs.
