      Pros

      Veritext will help you get all the training you need. The management team is responsive, extremely helpful, and kind. Flexible hours, great pay.

      Cons

      You have to invest a lot of money to buy the equipment and pay for the courses. Since you are considered an independent contractor you do not receive benefits.

      Good people, nice managers, and it's a job you can turn off at 5 pm which is good for work/life balance.

      Cons

      Burn out is real and it'll creep up on you. Although it's beyond their control, the clients are difficult and often times downright mean.
