I don't have anything good to say

Cons

This is a company with a horrible organizational culture and with a toxic work environment. They have very bad management, don't care about their employees, they even removed the employee recognition program. You are pushed to work hard and you will never get fair compensation or recognition for your efforts. Employees get promoted because of who they know, not because they deserve it. I'm too old to leave now but I would not recommend anyone to work here.

Veritiv has made great strides in recent years and is a leader in the packaging industry. Great push for diversity and inclusion and ample room for growth.

Cons

No current complaints. Employees are able to take control of their own careers and there is a push to reward talented employees.

Allows you to develop your career as much as you wish, interaction with all organizations within at all levels, good communication from senior leadership, good with employees.

Cons

Sometimes take too much time to take hard decisions, sometimes they look outside instead to develop the already hired talent
