Pros
Excellent organisation to work in terms of technology, domain and implementing newer trends. The work was ever-challenging. Verizon as a company has now ventured in a lot of fields: 5G development, ML and Networking solutions. So chances are you'll be working with a good project. There has been a recent change in terms of the responsibilities given to the developers in India (good change). However, there is a massive gap in how the US counterpart works. The onshore opportunities are next to none. The pay, facilities and rewards are decent. Covid handling was probably the best in industry.
Cons
The only con I garner is the lack of visibility with the leadership. It's excruciating for a guy from a non-telecom background to get up to speed really quickly and hit the ground running. But that's what the expectations are.
