Pros

-Product based company -Work from home available but depends on team / manager.

Cons

-You will forget everything you learnt in your tech stack (popular daily topic of employees, how they haven't done any real dev work inside) -Management has too much internal politics -Projects are not properly defined -uncertainty in dev plan makes too much work pressure at times -Not much benefits or growth given to employee -Avg pay, minimal hikes even on promotion (worst payer, according to how big the company is) -no experimentation or innovation scope
