Pros

Awesome benefits (great healthcare, 401k, profit sharing, bonuses, tuition reimbursement) Flexible working schedule can be negotiated for many positions, including 2-3 days per week of working from home. Excellent performance feedback and career development.

Cons

Seems to be more interested in moving many programming positions to India and the Philippines. Every 3 years, non-union employees are required to cover for union employees whose contracts are up for renegotiation. This involves a lot of training, travel, and personal sacrifice even if there is no actual work stoppage for no additional compensation, and you will get fired if you refuse. If there is actually a work stoppage from the unions, as there was this summer, you will be expected to work 16 hour days indefinitely many times away from your home and family.

Pros

Great company. Nice benefits, and PTO accrued. Excellent training staff. Easy access to your peers or leadership team for assistance. On site gym and cafeteria. Large training rooms, large break rooms.

Cons

Large warehouse environment. Not a call center feel. Employee events were minimum effort and money. Something "catered" would come right from the on site cafeteria. Sr. leadership team at this call center was nothing to write home about. Huge drop in quality and production throughout my 9 years with the company. Focus on the employees dropped when Mr. Strigl left.

Pros

Good benefits, alright pay but could be better

Cons

Quotas for our store have gone up extremely high, and no one is really making it. Do they care? It doesn't seem so. We are expected to hit the same numbers as a store with less people, they won't let us get more reps to help, and upper management has NO idea how it is in our store. We are in a retirement community where we get tons of tech support. If we try to hurry with them or get to selling stuff, some of the people get mad, so they won't buy anyway. And since we are now short by 2-3 people who they won't let us replace, we have to be quick so that we don't have a long queue, or we get in trouble. So they expect us to hit these outrageous numbers or get in trouble, but if we spend time with the customers "discovering", as they like to tell you to do, then the wait time is too long and we get in trouble. It's out of control.
