Pros

Benefits, Compensation, Bonuses, Tuition Assistance, There is not to many negative things that i can say about verizon

Cons

The Typical retail schedule is the only this that is a con. But even with the schedule the management team gives you plenty of time to get request in if you need a certain day or days off.

Pros

The benefits are good. Flexible schedules

Cons

Upper management is terrible . They walk around looking crazy and weird. If they don't like you (who knows why )they will literally try to set you up for failure. Some have serious personal issues. There's a Devil vibe throughout the entire center. Starting from the very top. Managers work together to tear down the workers, also allowed to harass the workers. It's acceptable behavior.

Pros

Co-workers are great! Career development and opportunities are endless if you are willing to push yourself, continually learn and develop new skills, remain flexible and agile, and keep yourself mobile to different locations. Well compensated from a total rewards perspective. The company continues to strive to make remain the best in the industry while delivering a top notch customer experience. I admire working for a company that values quality in the product & services it provides and demands quality in the employees who support their customers.

Cons

Work life balance can be challenging. To meet the demands of the industry and remain a leader in the industry, the demands on your time increase year over year. It can be challenging to really have time off, even when scheduled once you have moved into leadership. The use and encouragement of telecommuting and using our own resources is limited to non-existent. With the commitment and availability expectation of leadership, utilization and encouragement of more flex time options and telecommuting options would be great. The expectation is really that you remain available and connected at all times.
