Pathetic team leadership. Only one of five I've worked with was of any assistance. Sporadic "coaching" must include an area that is below expectations even if you are over-achieving in all the required metrics, and this affects all raises, bonuses, and shift bid ranking. We used to be encouraged to check for better plans or other benefits to retain customers but are now prohibited from doing so unless the customer specifically asks. Discrimination (gender and ethnic) and favoritism rampant. Also, even though the offices are less than a year old, it is impossible to use their restrooms as they are constantly filthy and just too disgusting to go into. Some people must go out of their way to be gross.
