      -The ability to make uncapped commission

      Cons

      -Leadership has no clue what is actually going on. -Their recruiters lie and say that 70% of sales force hits quota when its closer to 25% -They ask reps to go on Glassdoor and leave a positive review bc the industry is getting word about how this is not a great place to work. -They focus on the wrong metrics, and have no clue how capital sales processes actually work

      Everything else. Literally, google them, and believe all the articles. This place is a toxic hell for women, and they have terrible business practices that lead to their cameras being hacked. Run far away. They aren't trying to build a company, they are just trying to make Hans and Filip rich. Also, all the positive reviews are from marketing. So transparent and pathetic.
