      Pros

      Verkada is one of those rare places where high expectations are actually matched with real support. The product sells because it works, customers see value quickly, and leadership genuinely wants reps to win. From day one, I was trusted to run my territory like a business, build relationships the right way, and drive impact without unnecessary micromanagement. The culture is fast-paced but collaborative, SEs, leadership, and partners are invested in helping you close deals and grow accounts, not just hit a number and move on. If you show up prepared, take ownership, and work hard, your results are noticed. I’ve been successful here from the start, and it’s because Verkada rewards effort, curiosity, and accountability.

      Cons

      The pace isn’t for everyone. Expectations are high, and you need to be comfortable owning your outcomes and staying organized in a fast-moving environment. For the right person, that’s a positive, but it’s not a place to coast.

      Pros

      I did a 3-month long internship in Verkadas Technical Support department, and was offered a full-time return offer for immediately after I graduate college. Most TSE's are able to move on to either management or move adjacently within the company after / within 2 years, which shows that career growth and advancement is a priority within the company

      Cons

      Job is very fast-paced and metrics focused. You will have monthly reviews with management to go over your performance, although I have never seen someone be terminated from the company for bad metrics. As long as you are doing your job, doing your best, and showing initiative you should be fine
