      Pros

      DoorDash for lunch, some cool people, and you get to learn.

      Cons

      No work life balance at all unless you have a photographic memory. Will have test every Monday so no weekend to decompress. On phones 24/7. Not many people hit quota. Most people try to stay a year or two to get hired at another company that is better. Heard other offices were better in all aspects. Very high turnover

      Pros

      The Marketing team at Verkada operates with a high degree of autonomy, which is perfect for self-starters. There is a genuine culture of fast iteration and a deep respect for innovation. I personally benefited from numerous opportunities to lead major GTM projects. Additionally, the CMO and senior leadership are highly accessible and committed to mentorship.

      Cons

      The "move fast" mentality naturally leads to some project churn and "back-and-forth". As the company grows, silos are forming between the GTM functions (Marketing, Sales, and Channel), requiring extra effort to stay aligned. Work-life balance is manageable, but expect occasional pings during late nights or weekends.
