      -Working with some of the smartest people I've ever worked with -Amazing collaborative culture -Earning potential is there and very real when you put in the work - This is a needed product and it shows with the funding we are getting and how well received we are by customers -New office is top of the line, really fun SKO's to get everyone together

      - Growing pains since we are growing so fast.. things change constantly so you need to be able to adapt but it does provide growth
