Pros
-company is pumping, more people than ever (outside of like 2019) are hitting quota and making a lot of $ -pro sales company -best in class product, pmf is truly incredible -a lot of great upcoming changes to better the sales org even more -churn has significantly decreased -exceptional leaders (in my personal experience)
Cons
-very activity metric focused, can be very frustrating (even though they preach it is not needed if you’re hitting your number). -you juggle everything, sdr support is virtually nonexistent, you have to own the channel as CSM’s are really hit or miss -territories and reps can be spoonfed quota by partners sourcing deals and doing all the work (which is great for them, but frustrating to be compared against and see them get awards and praise). -moving upmarket in the company is pretty difficult and rare
