      Pros

      This company is filled with hard working, intelligent and confident individuals who see the value in the product and what it has to offer the world. The sales culture in particular is stellar, with an atmosphere of friendly competition that also celebrates each individuals success and contribution to the bottom line. This is the place to be for those that aren't content with mediocrity want to get ahead - with their peers at their side.

      There was a culture "scandal" that arose earlier this year - it was addressed proportionately by company leadership.

      Limited snacks and a nice welcome kit when you’re first hired.

      Cons

      Toxic culture, and seem to hire same type of fraternity like employees who don’t want to be told what to do. Forces employees to go to the office despite positive COVID cases instead of closing down for 14 days like most other companies. Knowing that there’s an airborne pandemic and masks are not enforced is disturbing. Being in a conference room with a bunch of people without masks, breathing out on everyone is stressful, to say the least. The management should do a better job enforcing everyone to wear mask at all times to protect all of us. Either that or don’t force us to come to the office as we don’t feel safe. They lie when they say it’s a safe environment.
