      - Great salary and commission, fantastic earnings potential - Top office culture, people are great both in EMEA and in US - Direct line to Senior leadership - They take the time to learn about all employees and converse with us - Phenomenal product & tech team, hyper growth is a bonus

      Pros

      Young, hyper-growth company. Not been around long enough to generate old hands stuck in their ways, and processes are quick and efficient. Company comms are excellent, and staff at all levels are approachable. The most energetic business I've ever worked for (and am a veteran of some pre-IPO "unicorns" in the tech space). Benefits are great, the offices are pleasant, and salaries are very competitive. Excellent career prospects. Product is real cutting edge stuff; genuinely game-changing. Staff are truly best-in-class, across all departments. High pressure, big demands, but fun, challenging, and extremely rewarding.

      Cons

      Not a con in truth, but the fast pace won't be for everyone. Upper reaches of the business could benefit from greater diversity, though this is being openly and proactively addressed.
