      Pros

      Atmosphere in the London office is incredible. People are very friendly, lots of energy as to expected from a new office that's small but growing rapidly. Unlikely many British companies, people prefer to each lunch together. Lots of really smart people who know what they are doing and driven to work hard. Product is phenomenal. Customers on demos are truly blown away and feel like Verkada is decades ahead of the competition in terms of ease of installation and features.

      Cons

      Company likes having people in the office, which helps build the ambience, but not for someone who wants remote work. Many functions are still based in the US, so working across time zones can be challenging, though this is changing rapidly.

      Pros

      * Amazing product, a big leap forward for the physical security industry. * Leadership in the UK is very good. Management know their stuff, know the industry well and are very charismatic. * Rewarding job. It isn’t easy but every win is celebrated. With every deal they really make you feel a part of the company’s growth. * Good office culture. Done a great job hiring good, friendly, hard-working people. * A lot of incentives. If you work hard you will be rewarded, a lot more so than I have seen in previous sales roles.

      Cons

      * Small growing pains. Sales tools like the CRM as an example needs a little bit of work due to the extremely fast growth of the company. The processes are evolving but not quite as quickly as the company!
