Pros
Pay is pretty decent, the software is very good, but aside from the intuitive software overall the product is hardware based... and a security camera think ADT.. most companies here a camera company calling and it’s all outsourced and trusted to ppl who install cameras as a profession.. security integrators. Also your competition in a lot of cases.. Some of the parties have been cool but let’s be honest.. A lot of unethical behaviors from people at the director level

Inexperienced management team, rarely offers constructive feedback to processes.. some very poorly ran 1 on 1s.. Fratty culture, it’s no surprise, the most concerning is the amount of feedback concerning the HR violations around harassment of female employees.. someone below alluded to screenshots of females being shared amongst leaders in this company.. same people diving into your pipeline on deals were diving into slack harassing and sharing inappropriate photos to the boys club, executives addressed this by saying its unacceptable but didn’t let go of anyone... lol what? I think most women probably feel uncomfortable here, some fit in and have just turned a blind eye to some of the gross things happening. These violations could be career ending for someone in leadership so I hope they understand how privileged they are... a lot of San Ramon and Danville football background, their former mentor coach Kessler was let go years back so it’s not surprising me anymore seeing how unethical the leadership team could be, their former role model... they’ve posted pics of in the bathrooms at HQ couldn’t keep his leadership role.. There are a select few that are solid, but they will always be drinking beers in their social circle come end of the week. We once had over 137 ppl like a question in an all hands about the HR violations and leadership totally ignored the question.. that was over a third of the company silenced...
