      Pros

      if you get the right territory and build a book of business, can consistently earn 300-600k without having to work hard, as most of the lift can be done by good channel partners

      Cons

      good territories and good partners are few and far between. Some reps have to source 90% of their deals and scrap to hit quota, some reps have all their deals brought to them and are basically order takers. Your value is determined by your quota attainment, regardless of how you got there (self sourced deals vs. partner sourced)

      Building excellent products, smart team. Fast paced compared to Big Tech but defintiely getting corporate and has standards. 10x for sure

      Processes seem a bit slow, and sometimes management doesn't seem in tune.

      doordash lunch credit, some great co workers, cool product

      The TPA office is crashing and burning and senior leadership is turning a blind eye. High churn, they start backfilling you the second you start failing. I know of at least 3 people that were hired to backfill a territory BEFORE that previous rep was even let go. Revolving door, comp is so low and maybe 5 people are hitting quota out of 45. Director mandates Friday trainings 4-5pm just to keep the team there. Extremely micromanaged. Bullying and misogyny runs rampant. Leadership in the office encourages boiler room/ wold of wall street reputation.
