Pros
This company is awesome. A very rare combination of incredible talent and proven leadership tackling a wide-open market space with a game-changing product. That might sound cliché but there is really no other way to describe this situation. On top of that, it is fulfilling coming into the office every day and being proud of how a product is truly making people's lives safer. Put bluntly, the trajectory for Verkada is straight up.
Cons
As with any startup, there are learning phases and growing pains. Thankfully the leadership has done this before and they don't exactly need to "guess" in order to solve certain situations.
