True startup that laid me off 4 months into role No help or guidance as to why Could be bleeding through investor money and not be where they need to be to go public, hence the downsizing Was 1 of 5 eventually 6 people to be let go of in the Philly office Questionable leadership

Pros

For office employees there are perks, for remote, they don't care about you, except for your forecast

Cons

constant turn over, unattainable quotas based on no data. no incentives, expected to do 10,000 different things, terrible comp plan. Culture used to be amazing and is now in the dump
