Vacation time since you won't wanna be there.

Cons

Management incompetent. Threatened with write ups every time I tore my pants while working there and they kept trying to claim I came in that way. Failure to properly go in depth on any investigation. Seen too many good ppl get fired over nothing or they refused to let them defend themselves.

Incompetent management and hostile work environment. Especially in plant 7. And currently in plant 2 you'll be wrote up having a thermometer in your work area with the heat. Knock Knock it's recorded Osha coming

Cons

Lack of accountability for management, HR does nothing to protect the employee against bullies and racists, safety concerns that go unaddressed. Does not abide by the values they advertise to have
