Pros

A lot of great people work there; benefits are pretty good

Cons

Behind 8 ball if you're not from Pella and/or of Dutch heritage; company does a poor job of understanding employee strengths & acknowledging employee contributions (on dept. scale basis at least)

Pros

The money is nice, everything elseems is terrible. I suppose the benefits are nice. Not worth all the rest of the crap.

Cons

Long hours, mandatory weekends. Management does not care about you, it's all about who you know, not what you know.

Pros

You get to work with a lot of different people. Occasionally you will get to design something new.

Cons

Pay is low. They don't value experience. Engineering managers are stretched so thin there is little to no oversight. Accepted mediocrity through out the culture, which has led to major quality issues. Production management just wants to see machines on the truck. Family owned business with the third generation taking over. Hope to see the company still alive in 10 years.
