Thank you for your review. Our compensation package goes above and beyond take home pay. Throughout the year, if there is a profit, Vermeer has frequently shared profits back to team members in the form of bonuses and other benefits. We're always working on ways to improve, and appreciate your feedback on travel and compensation.

Pros

Feel like my ideas are listened to. Manager previously worked in the product and is very knowledgeable about day to day. Usually have some extra time week to week to work on continuous improvement activities that not only help my team but teams throughout the organization. Lots of interesting projects in the organization.

Cons

It can take a while to get to know members of other teams.
