Great benefits package. Pharmacy on-site makes for cheap prescriptions that you can pick up before or after work. Pay is very competitive for the area

Company is not public so we are not beholden to stockholders. Decent sized company but feels smaller, more relaxed.

Cons

Investments into branch locations have been slow. Compensation is more reflective of the Midwest, even in branch locations with higher cost of living.
