Ineffective, incompetent and lazy management at all levels. I never understood why they hired some of the upper management they did, but then I realized they need clowns to push around and obey, instead of hiring people who have the skills it takes to lead the company and take it in new directions, ask the hard questions and effect change.
This company is toxic at the core, and they tout their “caring culture” as a differentiating factor from other companies. This couldn’t be further from the truth. They don’t care about you as a person, they don’t care what the truth is, and they continue to Invest in bottom feeders in management.
If you are looking here to build your career, it’s a place you’ll soon find isn’t a place you’ll want to stay for long. They’ll pretend the wholesomeness of being family owned and caring culture is real, but it’s when things get tough that the true colors show. Run the opposite direction.
