Pros

Profit sharing. Employee appreciation day. The company as a whole is good but there are some departments that bring the overall rating down. The president and VP (senior management) of the company are great.

Cons

Definite favorites who get promoted before the people who earned it. Individual manager and VP of a specific department need to do better at retaining employees and treating dedicated ones fairly.
