Procedures are great if they are based on effiency and logic

Pros

Financially sound insurance company that has selected industry products that are lucrative. Eight to Four strictly enforced since the 1800s.

Cons

Old school business with policies and procedures based in the 1800s. Process improvement is painfully slow. Not a nimble or flexible work environment. All work is within brick and mortar facilities with very little workforce innovation.
