Bad decision making, uneven accountability, poor communication. The new office location offers no privacy. They are hiring like crazy, but an alarming number of people are retiring, quitting, and being fired. And it’s not clear what all the new people, mostly millennials, are working on. In some areas, the office politics are brutal.

Very low pay, unnecessary processes, weekend work, different processes for different teams doing the same work. Not only is the filing process at this company outdated and too long, it is a data breach waiting to happen! The processes are old, and I learned nothing about the actual company software. I was informed about the potential for overtime when I was interviewing, but whole working days (8-6) on the weekends are truly unnecessary for this kind of work, especially when delays can be prevented if you stop wasting time chasing down the customer for AUTH CODES and PASSWORDS! More filing can get done if processes were streamlined and full third party access is given to filers. This role could seriously improve with the integration of a password manager.
