      Pros

      Board provides ample funding for benefits but yet not even at the highest end of the market. Entry level team members bring great energy to the company.

      Cons

      Too many to count. Leadership at the very top has massive blind spots and the board needs to make the hardest change and bring in an entire new top leadership team. The toxic culture emerged when the family left management and left the company in the hands of money and numbers leaders who truly don’t care about the people in their hearts. If only the board could see what is really happening inside the numbers. As the stock continues to sink it seems only inevitable for the company to be acquired.

      Very little opportunity; no accountability; very poor leadership; lots of promises with no follow through; trust consultants over employees who know the business; takes a ridiculous amount of time for decisions to be made and then it’s a fire drill
