Business Outlook
Pros
Nice lunchroom, great co-workers, decent pay (at the time), nice office in a great location and a window view of downtown. On a job interview, looked like a great place to work.
Cons
Management treats employees like serfs. I was sick and called in and said I would come in anyway but advised them against it. They said come in and when I did, they wrote me up for being late without human concern (for myself or their employees) for being ill. Any type of reasonable, polite dissent and you're out the door. If you're not on their good side then you're on their bad side and it's really bad. They distrust the employees while simultaneously griping that they are not being innovative.
