Not out of the woods - a "do or die" Q3 and Q4.

Pros

They have great products and good pricing. The IT infrastructure is outdated but the processes can support the business.

Cons

Vertis can't seem to shed the burden of all the debt. Confidence is running scared as another series of job cuts are hitting sporadically. No raises in 3 years is crippling.

My experience with Vertis is/has been overall dissatisfied. If the economy and job market was better, I would be gone.

Internal flexibility for at home issues (sick children, home issues, etc) Friendly co-workers

Cons

Internal communication issues between departments at the management level Lower level management spends more time in meetings than managing production Poor coordination at Management level No pay raises for over 2 years Reduction in hours/pay
