Pros

Flexible working hours. Good relationships with other senior managers in local office. Good people working here at Vertiv. When people leave they always miss this place.

Cons

Since the introduction of the new regions combined with the PE takeover there is no solid direction other than reporting, reporting and threats. The fantastic work environment that existed here before which brought in results has been shattered. We are being forced to micro manage staff that do not require it nor thrive under it.

Somewhat flexible schedule, but mitigated by extra work being put on you at the last minute.

Cons

Overworked and underpaid, dishonest managers. Zero work/life balance. New owners are sacrificing every shred of employee morale and loyalty to squeeze more profit.

Overall, this is a good organization.

Cons

The worst thing is to work under a fickle minded and emo superior, decision and Changes made from time to time according to superiority, very low chance to raise our own voice. Always brings people down and gives hard feeling.
