Working for an industry leader. Potential to move on to company were you will be a valued employee.

Benefits are standard and not competitive. Field Employees are not paid at the industry standard range. Companies future is uncertain. (Many layoff's recently and removal of certain benefits/perks for employees to cut costs.)
