Not worth the money

Pros

Was paid well for the position. My staff (which I hired) was great.

Cons

Was promised things at hire which never happened or that changed. Quarterly bonuses given out without explanation as to why you got what you got. Upper management micromanages and focuses too much on slight negatives. Very nit picky. When you meet a goal, the goal line gets changed. Too much ‘you did this well BUT..’. No communication from Upper management, but they’re quick to reprimand for not meeting their expectations (which were not communicated). All in all very disappointing and stressful experience. Would not recommend. Also, benefits package is overly expensive and covers next to nothing. It’s embarrassingly bad.

Pros

A significant advantage of working at VPP is the remote job flexibility, which can lead to a better work-life balance and the ability to work from anywhere.

Cons

There are notable issues with upper management. It appears that some managers may not address bullying among team members, creating a toxic work environment. Other managers may lead by fear and resort to public embarrassment, which can be demoralizing and lead to a lack of psychological safety for employees.
