Pros

The hospital that I worked with was filled with wonderful doctors and staff. However, corporate HR made it extremely difficult to address staffing problems when they came up.

Cons

The Human Resources department struggled to do even the most basic useful things. They did not help at all with hiring, and made removing problematic employees a nightmare. Anyone who complained about the state of staffing would be written up. If you see a clinic partnered with VPP, reconsider applying- especially if you would be going into a leadership role.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. When decisions are made at the top, many factors come into play. One of them is the way it will impact all of our employees. We often have to make long-term business decisions that could have negative implications in the short-term. It would be helpful to learn more about your experience and how we can improve. Please feel free to contact HR at hr@vetpartners.com to discuss at any time. We wish you the very best.

Pros

VPP truly cares about their staff and will go out of the way to accommodate and allow you as an employee to play to your strengths. They provide you with the resources and tools to be successful and there is always someone you can go to with questions. I feel the entire team and leadership is overall very positive, genuine and empathetic.

Cons

Just like with any great company, you will be given high expectations. You will need to show up to work, give it your all and be willing to be flexible and collaborative (not necessarily a bad thing but it is important to know what to expect).
