Great place, great people and plenty of support

Pros

VPP truly cares about their staff and will go out of the way to accommodate and allow you as an employee to play to your strengths. They provide you with the resources and tools to be successful and there is always someone you can go to with questions. I feel the entire team and leadership is overall very positive, genuine and empathetic.

Cons

Just like with any great company, you will be given high expectations. You will need to show up to work, give it your all and be willing to be flexible and collaborative (not necessarily a bad thing but it is important to know what to expect).

Cons

Young, growing company - still establishing many processes and procedures. With a small corporate team, opportunities for promotion are more difficult to come by.
