Flexible, casual and fun. Management is friendly and easy to work with. Collaborative work environment, filled with hard working, intelligent and down-to-earth people! Work/life balance is wonderful!

Cons

Health insurance could be better, but HSA is a great perk!

great, talented group of people. entrepreneurial environment, leadership gives the ability to their employees to create processes. great business model - handle all the scut work so vets and their teams can focus on patients.

Cons

it's a small corporate environment - not necessarily a con, but make sure you're comfortable with that.
