We are a growing organization and with growth comes a lot of change, which often times is difficult or uncomfortable. People are our greatest asset as a service organization and we care very much about our values and providing best-in-class veterinary care for pets and their companions. The areas you mention are ones in which we consistently focus – building culture, developing teams, and empathy – to name a few. While we have a lack of diversity in some areas, to improve diversity we have developed a diversity committee with actions in place to make improvements, in a profession where diversity is lacking.
