Compensation, but that varies on location.

Cons

Very “hands-off” onboarding by immediate supervisors with very little structure. No work-life balance. When I asked for support I was belittled by my manager.

VPP is made up of a group of individuals who truly care about their community. They live up to their values, and invest in the people. The DO keep veterinary medicine in the hands of veterinarians. When my practice partnered with VPP, the changes were only for the better and the rest of our team would agree. John McDonough the CEO, is one of the kindest people I’ve met. He goes out of his way to get to know the community of individuals who make up this amazing company.
