      good health benefits and flexible work schedule

      Cons

      weak senior leadership that lacks company vision and just general knowledge in the music industry. They don't seem to have a long term plan on how to grow their music video distribution business which is why they remained selling on Youtube for the past decade. Failing FAST business due to lack of vision and innovation and does not want to invest in anything or take risks.

      you'll meet a few great people. These people can be found under management

      Poor management and no growth opportunities. All the other reviews pretty much cover everything. The person who referred to it as a shell company was spot on. No tactful and purposeful goals to work toward other than moving the needle on the sale's side. Company has no outlook on fixing the major issues in a way that will increase the morale and trust among the employees.
