Vevo is a smallish, caring, tight-knit group that tackles much and has decent people. The vacation policies are generous. The work is balanced and the pay is competitive.

Cons

As with any organization, you'll run into a person or two with a bad attitude or crappy impact on others. Generally, Vevo has a below average number of these people. So it's a minor con.

- Other offices visited sometimes and they’re a lot nicer. - Great Medical Benefits - Decent work/life balance

Cons

- This office in particular has a very non-inclusive and discriminatory culture. You will be left out of work events, happy hours, etc. - It was very cliquey and unless you sacrifice a part of your identity you won’t fit in and will be ostracized - Team leads and management are no help I was gaslighted and bullied in team meetings/work events - No upward mobility there was no room to climb unless you are a favorite of management
