      Pros

      - laid back place with very nice people - very dynamic environment - lots of contacts with artists and music industry - the feeling that your work is appreciated by people and that you really contribute to growing the company. Note: From what I hear, a bunch of people have been laid off or left recently so this place might not be OK anymore.

      Cons

      - lots of B players for a company so young - disconnection and lack of communication between departments (especially between sales and everybody else) - lots of stuff that were all over the place due to the fact that the company was still a start-up

      Pros

      Vevo is a new and upcoming company and is backed by 2 of the biggest music companies, Universal Music and Sony Music Entertainment. As of December 2010 it is one year old. They are developing how money is made in the dying industry and finding new ways to promote music through premium content and artist videos.

      Cons

      Vevo is still young and has many kinks to work out in their production. They get some bad press (as does every company) for tagging advertisements before their videos.
