Pros

Solid work life balance if you allow yourself to have it. No one is expecting you to work on weekends or outside of regular hours. If you're a music fan, then great in office performances and artist visits.

Cons

If you let the work take you over, it will.

The culture of the staff, office environment, labels involved & the artists that visit. Makes it undeniably a great place to work.

Cons

Long hours with demanding turnarounds. The work hard, party hard mentality is most definitely the driving factor behind the growing success of the company. Sadly you can only operate at full throttle for so long.
